Medication Management and Medication Safety

The certificate course on Medication Management and Medication Therapy Safety enables graduates of the certificate course on Clinical Pharmacy – Medication Review to continue their studies and acquire advanced knowledge of the subject. By offering the service of medication management, pharmacists can increase medication therapy safety in the treatment of chronically ill patients, prevent hospitalisations due to incorrect application or drug interactions and thus contribute to maintaining and/or improving the quality of life of the population.

The certificate course on Medication Management and Medication Therapy Safety is also the modules 3 and 4 of the part-time master’s program in Clinical Pharmacy. If you change programs, these modules are recognised in terms of content and funding.
