Microbiome and Medication Management

The microbiome plays a central role in our health - not only in relation to the development of diseases, but also with regard to the efficacy and tolerability of medicines. The certificate program “Microbiome and Medication Management” at the University of Vienna in cooperation with the Austrian Chamber of Pharmacists imparts precisely this knowledge and is an innovative building block in the postgraduate training of pharmacists.
