Graduation 2023
The thirteenth graduation ceremony of the LL.M. Program in International Law Program took place at the Great Ceremony Hall of the University of Vienna on 28th September 2023. Since a large number of students had graduated and left Austria, only a few graduates from Austria, Italy, Kosovo, Serbia, and Turkey participated in this year’s ceremony.
The graduates celebrated their accomplishments together with Prof. Aniruddha Rajput at a lively reception and dinner after the ceremony.
Two students excelled in their reports with distinction. In their theses they focused on the following topics:
- Laurin Cerha‘s thesis was supervised by Prof. Friedl Weiss and entitled: “THE WTO COVID-19 TRIPS waiver: an analysis of its role in the endeavor for equal access to COVID-19 vaccine.”
- Zorana Djordjevic’s thesis was supervised by Prof. Friedl Weiss and entitled: “The Accession Process to WTO: negotiating Serbia’s accession to WTO, an almost 10 years long process.”
